Strategy Secures Approximately $1.44 Billion in U.S. Dollar Reserves

On the first of the month, Strategy Corporation, a financial firm dealing in the cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC), announced that it had secured $1.44 billion (approximately 224 billion yen) in U.S. dollar reserves for the payment of dividends on preferred stock and debt interest.

The funds were raised through the sale of Class A common stock in an at-the-market equity offering program. The company plans to maintain reserves sufficient to cover at least 12 months of dividends and interest payments.
