Network Upgrade 'v2.13'

NEAR Protocol announced on the 20th that it will release dynamic resharding by the end of the second quarter of 2026 (April to June period) as part of the network upgrade 'v2.13'. This feature automatically splits congested areas into multiple 'shards' (independent lanes that can process transactions). NEAR Protocol aims to enhance the efficiency of its blockchain infrastructure, thereby supporting more complex applications, including those involving AI agents.
