[NEWS] DEA forms business partnership with FUELHASH and CAICA DIGITAL to promote GameFi business

DEA, FUELHASH, and CAICA DIDITAL enter into business partnership

On the 6th, DEA (Digital Entertainment Asset Pte. Ltd.), which operates the GameFi platform business, FUELHASH, which provides an asset management platform using crypto assets (virtual currencies), and CAICA DIDITAL announced a business partnership.

Going forward, the three companies will utilize their respective areas of expertise and management resources to build a new GameFi business, and will cooperate in NFT and GameFi-related services, IP content, joint marketing, and game guild business operations.

Currently, the GameFi market is growing along with the expansion of "Play to Earn," and existing major game companies are expected to enter the market, and it is estimated that by 2025, the market will grow to 240 million players and 3 trillion yen in size.

In a press release, the three companies explained that the reason GameFi is attracting attention is not just because of its entertainment value or the value of the tokens issued as the key currency.

GameFi is gaining attention in emerging countries such as Southeast Asia as a way to earn income through a scholarship system in which users who own NFTs that can be used in games can lend them to other players and share the profits earned from playing.

DEA also said that in Japan, through partnerships with a number of companies, it is promoting initiatives such as employment support for people with disabilities and support for young people's independence, and that GameFi is also attracting attention from the perspective of the SDGs as a new form of social contribution that individuals can achieve through NFTs.

FUELHASH, which will be partnering with DEA this time, has been operating a guild on DEA's GameFi platform "PlayMining" since August last year as part of the "FUELGUILD" business, an asset management platform using NFTs.

There are already more than 2,300 participants, and players from all over the world, including the Philippines and Indonesia, are using their profits to cover living expenses and tuition fees.

In addition, since November last year, CAICA Digital has been operating Zaif INO, an NFT launchpad specializing in blockchain games, and has partnered with various Web 3.0 companies, planning and producing, and utilizing AI.

Through this business partnership, the two companies aim to realize an NFT management service that seamlessly handles everything from purchasing NFTs to managing them and receiving management revenues in the future. NFT investors will be able to manage their assets without any hassle, and many players will have the opportunity to play.

The roles of each company are as follows:

  1. Selling PlayMining NFTs on Zaif INO
  2. Managing PlayMining NFTs sold on Zaif INO with FUELGUILD
  3. Giving NFT management revenues to cryptocurrency exchange Zaif accounts

This initiative has the potential to attract attention as a new asset management model that utilizes NFTs.
