On the 23rd, OKJ, a domestic cryptocurrency (virtual currency) exchange, announced that it will begin handling IOTX.
Deposits and withdrawals will be available from the 24th of this month, and handling will begin at the exchange and sales office from the 30th. The compatible network is IoTeX.
If all goes according to plan, this will be the first time that OKJ handles IOTX in Japan. This will also mean that OKJ will handle 43 types of crypto assets.
IOTX was issued as the native token of IoTeX, a blockchain platform specialized for IoT devices.
IoTeX is a DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network) platform that is gaining attention, and has strengths in scalability, privacy, and security.
It has launched the "MachineFi" concept as a new financial concept, aiming to create an economic sphere through IoT devices.
IOTX will be used for payment of transaction fees on the network, staking, governance voting, etc.
