J-CAM, which operates the Web 3.0 business magazine and media "Iolite," announced on the 11th that it has joined the Japan Cryptocurrency Business Association (JCBA).
In addition to developing the cryptocurrency (virtual currency) lending service "BitLending," J-CAM has been working to improve user convenience and foster financial literacy in the cryptocurrency field through the operation of Iolite. In order to provide a series of services more safely and transparently, and to acquire deeper knowledge with the aim of improving the value of our services, we decided to join JCBA.
In addition, we will deepen our collaboration and cooperation with existing JCBA member companies and contribute to the improvement of the environment and healthy development of domestic cryptocurrency-related businesses.
Founded in 2016, JCBA is a membership organization whose purpose is to improve the environment for stakeholders in the public blockchain and Web 3.0 ecosystems to conduct business related to digital assets such as cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and stable coins in Japan.
The members of each member company bring together their domestic and international knowledge of technology, tax, accounting, law, and business, and conduct research, policy recommendations and lobbying activities to realize them, as well as human resource development, with the aim of promoting the healthy development of the industry.
At the time of writing, the organization has a total of 150 members, including 34 regular members, 97 associate members, 4 special members, and 15 institutional members.
