Oricon releases ranking of cryptocurrency exchanges with the highest customer satisfaction: bitbank takes first place overall for spot trading for the second consecutive year

On the 1st, Oricon ME, a group company of Oricon, announced the results of a customer satisfaction survey on domestic cryptocurrency (virtual currency) exchanges conducted among service users.

In this survey, bitbank ranked first overall in the spot trading category for the second consecutive year. In addition, SBI FX Trade ranked first overall in cryptocurrency margin trading for the second consecutive year.

This survey targeted 6,260 men and women aged 20-69 nationwide who have engaged in spot cryptocurrency trading mainly using discretionary trading within the past three years.

There were eight categories in total, and bitbank ranked first in four of them: "Ease of trading," "Commission," "Comprehensiveness of information provided," and "System stability."

Users commented, "The transaction procedures are easy to understand. The commission is low (male, 60s or older)," "Multifunctional charts are available. There are many coins available. It is also easy to understand when confirming purchases and sales (fee, 40s)," and "Opening an account and depositing and withdrawing funds were smooth, so I didn't feel much stress (male, 30s)."

GMO Coin followed in second place overall. The exchange ranked first in three categories: "Account opening," "Asset management," and "Customer support." In particular, it has been ranked first in the "Asset management" and "Customer support" categories for four consecutive years, earning high praise.

In addition, BITPOINT ranked third overall. BITPOINT took first place in the "Campaign" category for the second time in a row.

In addition, bitFlyer came in fourth overall, and LINE BITMAX came in fifth overall.

This time, for the first time, a survey was conducted by "by stock" and "by management method." bitbank also ranked highly in this survey, coming in first for "BTC/JPY" and second for "ETH/JPY" and "XRP/JPY." Note that bitFlyer came in first for "ETH/JPY" and GMO Coin came in first for "XRP/JPY."

In terms of "by investment method," GMO Coin ranked first in both "staking" and "lending."

In margin trading, SBI FX Trade took first place in six out of eight categories, taking the overall lead for the second year in a row. Specifically, it took first place for the second year in a row in five categories: "fees," "asset management," "comprehensiveness of information provided," "campaigns," and "system stability." It also took first place in the "account opening" category.

Reasons cited included, "account opening and various procedures were able to be completed smoothly online (male, 40s)," and "the spreads are narrow, so even beginners can trade with confidence (fee, 30s)."
