Since April 2025, the radio program "GFA presents Rain Tree Meme Forest" has been broadcast, featuring the girl group 'Rain Tree' as hosts. This introductory Web3.0 program airs every Monday at 23:30 on Fukuoka's CROSS FM and is available nationwide via internet streaming (radiko).
The program is sponsored by fintech company GFA and is planned and operated in collaboration with Entertainment Inc. Overs.
Produced by Yasushi Akimoto, the 17-member girl group Rain Tree, which made its major debut in January 2025, embodies the motto 'Not Just Cute'—challenging the traditional idol image with a future-oriented approach.
The program features a learning segment where Rain Tree members start from scratch to understand cryptocurrencies and Web3.0 topics. Even complex themes filled with jargon are unraveled from a beginner's perspective, providing a fun and understandable learning experience. Listeners can grasp the latest technologies from the same viewpoint as the idols.
In the latter half of the program, Rain Tree members take on weekly challenges to hone their expressive and communicative skills as idols. Through a variety of missions involving singing, talking, and reaction skills, the members' personal growth stories are depicted, adding excitement to the show.
