By 2025, HYSTERIC GLAMOUR's NFT initiatives will have scaled up significantly. Building on the lessons from the previous year, the brand has launched a year-round NFT program featuring multiple missions each month, accessible anytime and anywhere, allowing a vast number of fans to participate without geographical constraints.
The mission feature transforms customer interactions from one-off purchases to ongoing engagement. By completing various challenges and actions set by the brand, customers can earn NFTs and exclusive rewards. This design, which integrates gamification with CRM, represents a new approach to loyalty programs.
Additionally, this system allows for the visualization of individual customer behavior data, leading to optimized marketing and improved targeting accuracy. For brands to utilize NFTs, advanced knowledge such as blockchain selection, gas fee optimization, and transfer restriction settings is essential. It's challenging for apparel brands to assemble such expertise in-house, and 'MintMonster' serves to eliminate these barriers. MintMonster allows for NFT issuance and distribution without the need for specialized knowledge, and it enables the setting of coupons and unlocking of perks based on ownership through a management interface.
Fans enjoy the transition from 'collect' to 'reward', and brands can efficiently implement sophisticated loyalty strategies. Additionally, the visualization of NFT acquisition allows for precise tracking of who participated in which events.
