Shouldn't blockchain games aim to attract traditional gaming fans?

At the international conference WebX held at the Tokyo International Forum in July, a session titled “Don't Throw the Spoon: The Web 3.0 Game Has Only Just Begun” was held with four panelists. The following is a translation of one of the most thought-provoking speeches.

It is important to ask who our customers are. It is difficult to attract traditional game fans, but if you target people who are already interested in Web 3.0, you may be able to open up a new market (Justin Waldron).

The idea is not to pander to existing game fans, but to expand the boom from users who are already interested in Web 3.0. For future BCG titles, it may be important to “stick it to Web 3.0 users.
