BitMEX receives amnesty

It has been revealed that US President Trump granted pardons to the three co-founders of the cryptocurrency exchange BitMEX on the 27th. CNBC, which obtained the information, reported on the 28th.

The co-founders are Arthur Hayes, Benjamin Delo, and Samuel Reed. BitMEX and Hayes had previously been accused of violating the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) by intentionally not implementing anti-money laundering (AML) measures.
