Established joint venture "American Bitcoin" with Hut 8

US public company Hut 8 announced that it has partnered with American Data Centers, an investment company of President Donald Trump's son Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., to launch a new bitcoin mining company called American Bitcoin. The partnership will further expand the Trump family's business presence in the cryptocurrency sector.

According to the announcement, the transaction, which will take the form of a cashless merger, will see Hut 8 own 80% of American Bitcoin and enter into a shared services agreement...
