Bloomberg reported that American Bitcoin, a joint venture between Florida-based bitcoin miner Hut 8 and American Data Centers, a data infrastructure company led by the Trump family, is planning an initial public offering (IPO). The new company was established on March 31, with Hut 8 holding 80% of the shares and American Data Centers holding the remaining 20%.
