Sony Singapore to accept stablecoin USDC payments at online store

Now available in Singapore

On April 2, Sony Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. (SES) and Crypto.com announced that they have begun accepting payments in the stablecoin USDC (linked to the US dollar) on their online store. This payment service was made possible through a partnership with cryptocurrency exchange Crypto.com, and is part of an effort to create an environment in which consumers can make payments directly with cryptocurrency.

SES is the first home appliance brand in Singapore to introduce USDC payments. This time, it will first support payments in USDC, and will expand to other token brands in the future...
