U.S.-based Fidelity has launched individual retirement accounts that allow investments in BTC, ETH, and LTC

Launch of "Fidelity Crypto"

U.S. investment giant Fidelity Investments has launched an individual retirement account (IRA) that allows investments in cryptocurrencies. The service is provided by its subsidiary, Fidelity Digital Assets.

Currently, the available cryptocurrencies for investment are limited to Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC).

The service is available to U.S. citizens aged 18 and older who reside in states where Fidelity Digital Assets offers the crypto retirement account service, known as “Fidelity Crypto,” for IRAs...
