XRP could reach $12.50 in 2028, surpass Ethereum: Standard Chartered price forecast

Price predicted to be 5x higher

On April 8, Standard Chartered Bank, a major British financial institution, released an investment analysis report on XRP, predicting that the price could rise by more than 500% from the current price to $12.5 by 2028. The report was published by overseas media such as The Block.

Jeffrey Kendrick, global head of digital asset research at the bank, analyzed that with the expansion of use cases for payments and tokenization, XRP's market value could surpass Ethereum (ETH) and become the second largest virtual currency by market capitalization after Bitcoin (BTC) by the end of 2028.
