Progress on Avalanche Physical ETF

The US stock exchange Nasdaq has filed an application with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to list the VanEck Avalanche Trust, which offers an indirect investment opportunity in Avalanche (AVAX) tokens. The application seeks permission to list and trade shares of the VanEck Avalanche ETF under the company's Rule 5711(d), which governs trading of commodity-based trust shares. The move is part of asset management company VanEck's efforts to register the Avalanche physical ETF in the US.
