In an exclusive interview with FOX News Digital, Senator Tim Scott (Republican), Chairman of the U.S. Senate Banking Committee (official name: Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee), expressed his belief that the Market Structure Bill for cryptocurrencies will be enacted by August 2025.

Looking back on his 100 days as Chairman, Senator Scott emphasized the significance of the committee passing the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation in U.S. Stablecoins Act (GENIUS Bill) and the Financial Integrity and Regulatory Management Act (FIRM Bill) and moving them to the full Senate for deliberation.
