Crypto investment products see net inflows nearly wiped out since the start of the year

James Butterfill, head of research at cryptocurrency investment company CoinShares, reported on the 14th that a total of approximately $800 million (approximately 114 billion yen) of net outflows from digital asset investment products last week.

The graph below shows the weekly flow of funds since 2024. Butterfill said that this brings the total net outflow since the beginning of February to $7.2 billion (approximately 1 trillion yen), and that last week has essentially wiped out the net inflows since the beginning of the year.
