US SEC postpones Ethereum ETF staking review decision until June

On the 15th, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced that it would extend the review period for the Grayscale Ethereum Trust ETF's application for Ethereum staking permission, as well as WisdomTree's Bitcoin ETF and VanEck's spot creation and redemption applications for the Bitcoin ETF and Ethereum ETF. The new decision deadlines have been set for June 1 and June 3, 2025.
