First Bitcoin purchase

On April 14, SBC Medical Group Holdings announced that it had completed the purchase of 5 BTC (equivalent to approximately 60 million yen) based on a previously announced plan to purchase the virtual currency Bitcoin (BTC). The company decided on a Bitcoin purchase policy totaling 1 billion yen on February 12, 2025, and this time it procured part of the amount through Coinbase in the United States. It also plans to gradually purchase the remaining amount by May.
