World's first Solana spot ETF to list in Canada this week with staking functionality

On April 14, the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) approved several asset management companies, including Purpose, Evolve, CI, and 3iQ, to list the world's first Solana (SOL) spot ETF on the Canadian market. These ETFs are scheduled to officially start trading on April 16th, Canadian time.

According to Bloomberg ETF expert Eric Balchunas, the Solana spot ETF to be launched in Canada is expected to offer staking services. By making it possible to earn rewards through staking, it will be possible to provide higher yields than Ethereum staking, and the overall cost of holding ETFs will be reduced...
