Value Creation decides to purchase additional 100 million yen in Bitcoin

Expected to reach 300 million yen

Value Creation, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market, announced on April 14 that its board of directors had resolved to purchase an additional 100 million yen in Bitcoin (BTC).

The company plans to make purchases between April and August 2025, bringing the company's total cryptocurrency investment to 300 million yen. The company has previously completed two Bitcoin purchases of 100 million yen each on March 17 and 31, making this its third investment.

In its first investment in March, Value Creation purchased approximately 8.02 BTC at an average acquisition price of 12,463,333 yen, and in the second investment, it purchased 7,819,100 BTC at an average acquisition price of 12,463,333 yen.
