Securitize, the leader in RWA tokenization, expands operations by acquiring fund management business

Securitize, a leading company in real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, announced on the 15th that it has acquired the fund administration business of MG Stover, a fund administration and accounting services company focused on digital assets.

As a result, Securitize's subsidiary, Securitize Fund Services (SFS), will become the largest digital asset fund administration company in the world.

SFS is expected to significantly expand its business and strengthen its solutions offering to institutional-level asset issuers and investors.
