Ripple Acquisition Company Hidden Road Obtains Broker-Dealer License in the US

Providing compliant services

Hidden Road, which Ripple plans to acquire, announced on the 17th that its wholly owned subsidiary Hidden Road Partners has received a broker-dealer license from the US Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

The company explained that it can now provide a range of compliant financial services to new and existing customers for fixed income assets such as bonds. It said it will expand its services and customer base from now on.

What is FINRA?

FINRA stands for "Financial Industry Regulatory Authority" and is a self-regulatory organization for the US financial industry.
