Bitcoin payments now possible at supermarkets

DFX Swiss, a company that provides cryptocurrency payment solutions, announced on the 16th that Bitcoin (BTC) payments are now available at the major supermarket chain Spar's Zug store in Switzerland.

This is made possible by using Bitcoin's L2 solution, the Lightning Network. The store was also listed on the BTC Map, a community-driven project that shows where Bitcoin can be used around the world.
