In an interview with Simply Bitcoin on April 24, Prince Philip of the Serbian royal family predicted that the current price of the virtual currency Bitcoin (BTC) is being intentionally suppressed and that a large surge will occur in the future. Prince Philip is known as a Bitcoin advocate.

In an interview recorded in early April, Prince Philip said, "The market in 2021 was somewhat controlled. The price was suppressed from skyrocketing, but a similar situation may occur in 2025." He added, "At some point the price will run out of control. It will be controlled forever...
