US ProShares to list three XRP futures ETFs, offering leveraged and inverse types

New XRP Futures ETF to be listed

US asset management company ProShares plans to list three futures-based ETFs (exchange-traded funds) linked to the price of the cryptocurrency XRP on April 30th. This was confirmed in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Note that this is not a physical ETF, so it will not hold XRP directly.

In addition, it does not require an explicit approval process from the SEC, and will be valid unless the SEC objects within a certain period after the application documents are submitted. The SEC did not raise any particular objections this time.
