RWA product offering

MAG, a major real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), announced on the 1st that it has signed a business agreement with Multibank Group, a major Dubai-based financial derivatives institution, and blockchain company Mavryk.

The purpose of the agreement is to tokenize real estate worth $3 billion (approximately 436 billion yen) and make it available for sale. MAG claims that the $3 billion figure is the largest RWA (real estate) tokenization effort to date. It also said that the platform it uses is designed to scale up to a maximum of $10 billion (approximately 1.4 trillion yen)...
