Possibility of buying Bitcoin?

Arthur Hayes, former CEO of cryptocurrency exchange BitMEX, said he doesn't think the US government will buy Bitcoin (BTC) for its strategic reserve. He said this in an interview video released on the 2nd.

Hayes said he's "not really interested" in the state of the reserve, but because the US is a deficit country, the only way to hold the strategic reserve is to not sell the seized Bitcoin.

He continued that he doesn't think it's politically sound for a politician elected by the popular vote to declare that they're going to print money to buy Bitcoin.
