Vitalik proposes how Ethereum L2 needs to strengthen its proof system before it can be fully decentralized

Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of the cryptocurrency Ethereum (ETH), said on the 5th that the robustness of the proof system needs to be significantly strengthened before moving forward with full decentralization of Layer 2 rollup.
