New Hampshire becomes first US state to approve creation of cryptocurrency reserve

Governor Kelly Ayotte of New Hampshire announced on the 7th that he signed a bill to allow the state to invest in cryptocurrencies and precious metals such as gold.

Several states in the United States have been deliberating bills to create cryptocurrency reserves, but they have not been passed into law as they have been rejected by the legislature or ultimately not signed by the governor. New Hampshire's legislation is the first such case in the United States.
