Inflow of Funds Indicates Recovery of Demand

On-chain analytics firm Glassnode released its latest Bitcoin (BTC) market analysis report on the 7th.

In the past few weeks, while there has been a surge in profit-taking, the report states that demand remains solid with an increase in capital inflow. It also suggests that the size of price fluctuations, or volatility, may be underestimated.

Firstly, Glassnode pointed out that with the price of the cryptocurrency Bitcoin rising to a high of $97,900, market enthusiasm has rebounded, a wave of capital inflows has surged, and the realized market cap reached its peak value of $889 billion.
