BlackRock in Discussions with U.S. SEC on Cryptocurrency ETF Staking and Options Trading

On May 9th, BlackRock, the world's largest asset management company, met with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)'s cryptocurrency task force to discuss its approach to regulatory issues related to cryptocurrency assets. The meeting addressed the feasibility of ETF products with staking features and liquidity standards for options trading on cryptocurrency ETFs.
