BlackRock's New Request

James Seyfert, an analyst at Bloomberg, reported on the 10th that BlackRock has submitted an amended S-1 filing for its Ethereum ETF 'ETHA'. This revised version includes a new provision for 'in-kind creation/redemption' (exchange), contingent on the approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

According to Seyfert, the deadline for the final decision on the initial application for in-kind creation and redemption of the Ethereum ETF is set around October 11, 2025. If this feature is approved, it could enhance the efficiency and flexibility of ETF management...
