On the 14th, prominent Democratic members of the U.S. House, including Representatives Gerald Connolly, Joe Morelle, and Jamie Raskin, addressed a letter to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, demanding the submission of a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) regarding the cryptocurrency ventures 'World Liberty Financial (WLF)' and the 'TRUMP' presidential meme coin managed by the Trump family.

The letter was sent by these key figures, who serve as the opposition leaders on the Oversight and Government Reform Committee, the House Administration Committee, and the Judiciary Committee, respectively.
