Increasing Ethereum Holdings

BTCS Inc., a cryptocurrency-related company listed on the NASDAQ, announced on May 14 that it has entered into a convertible bond agreement to raise funds equivalent to up to $57.8 million (¥8.4 billion) for the purchase of Ethereum (ETH). The fundraising, led by ATW Partners LLC, initially secured $7.8 million, with an additional maximum of $50 million set for future rounds. Charles Allen, Chairman and CEO of BTCS, has also personally invested $95,000. Allen said, 'With this fundraising, we are at a crucial turning point on Ethereum's growth trajectory, aiming to increase our holdings of ETH at this significant time.'
