The company, which provides orthopedic and trauma services, emphasized that this deal, if approved, would make it one of the financially strongest entities in the Asian healthcare sector. The company plans to carry out this $1 billion Bitcoin purchase through an innovative stock exchange agreement and groundbreaking transactions. CEO Darren Choa stated, 'This $1 billion financial transformation will allow us to maintain conservative financial management while executing an unprecedented capability in our Asia growth strategy.'
