CME Group Begins Offering XRP Futures Trading Today

Trading of XRP Futures Commences

The CME Group, which operates the largest derivatives exchange in the United States, starts offering futures trading in the cryptocurrency XRP today, on the 19th.

Following Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL), XRP futures are garnering significant interest from institutional investors as the next cryptocurrency derivative.

This move introduces XRP into the regulated derivatives market, offering institutional investors new exposure (to price fluctuations) and hedging strategies. There is also anticipation that it will lead to improved liquidity and performance for XRP.
