Former Presidential Candidate’s Firm Strive Plans to Acquire 75,000 BTC from Mt.Gox Claims

Vivek Ramaswamy, a former Republican presidential candidate and ex-member of the Trump administration, co-founded the asset management firm Strive, which has revealed plans to acquire claims equivalent to 75,000 Bitcoins (BTC) from the bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange Mt.Gox at a discounted price. In a regulatory filing on May 20, the company announced it would target Bitcoin claims that have been legally settled but not yet distributed.
