Bitcoin Surpasses Amazon with a Market Cap of $2.16 Trillion, Becoming the World's 5th Largest Asset

The market capitalization of Bitcoin (BTC) has reached $2.16 trillion (¥311 trillion), surpassing Amazon's $2.13 trillion and rising to become the world's fifth-largest asset. After setting a new record high at $109,565, the price is currently hovering around $108,700, marking a 6.5% increase since the beginning of the year. In the global asset rankings, gold continues to lead with a market cap of $22.3 trillion, followed by Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Apple, which range between $3 trillion and $3.36 trillion. Bitcoin's ascent past Amazon signifies its growth to a stature comparable to major tech giants.
