Michael Saylor's Strategy to Raise 300 Billion Yen for Additional Bitcoin Acquisitions

On the 22nd, Strategy Corporation announced the commencement of its ATM program to issue up to $2.1 billion (approximately 300 billion yen) in 10% dividend perpetual preferred shares, STRF. The company plans to strategically and gradually sell shares over an extended period, considering market prices and trading volumes. The funds raised will be allocated for general corporate purposes, Bitcoin acquisitions, and working capital, continuing Strategy’s aggressive BTC investment strategy. Between May 12th and May 18th, the company added 7,390 BTC to its holdings. Currently, Strategy holds 576,230 BTC, which constitutes over 2.7% of the total Bitcoin supply, with a market capitalization exceeding $64 billion.
