Increasing BTC Purchases

The Blockchain Group, Europe's first Bitcoin treasury company, announced on May 26 through its Luxembourg subsidiary that it has completed the issuance of convertible bonds totaling 63.3 million euros (approximately 10.3 billion yen). The company is listed on Euronext Growth Paris and engages in consulting for data intelligence, AI, and distributed technologies. With the funds raised, the company plans to acquire approximately 590 additional bitcoins. This acquisition will increase its total holdings to about 1,437 BTC, further strengthening its Bitcoin financial strategy.
