On the evening of May 27, SharpLink Gaming, a sports gaming affiliate marketing firm listed on NASDAQ, announced a private placement of approximately $425 million (over 60 billion yen). The company issued about 69.1 million shares at $6.15 each, with major Ethereum-related firm Consensys participating as a key investor. Following the announcement, SharpLink's stock soared by 433% (more than fivefold), demonstrating strong investor interest.
