14% of Ethereum (ETH) validators agree to raise the network's gas limit per block to 60 million.

This change does not require a hard fork and will automatically take effect if supported by over 50% of validators.

Validators are nodes that verify the validity of data recorded on the blockchain. They play a crucial role in validating transaction histories and are rewarded in cryptocurrency for their services.
