IPO Announcement from Stablecoin Leader Circle

Valued at 720 Billion Yen

Circle Internet Group, a leading stablecoin company, announced on May 28 that it will initiate an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 24 million shares. The company plans to issue 9.6 million new shares, while existing shareholders are set to sell 14.4 million shares. The IPO price is expected to be set between $24 and $26 per share, with underwriters being granted an over-allotment option of 3.6 million shares. The company has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker 'CRCL'. J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, and Goldman Sachs are serving as joint bookrunners, with Barclays and Deutsche Bank among the underwriters.
