Paris Saint-Germain Adopts Bitcoin Reserves

Holding Since Last Year

On the 30th, Pal Helgason, head of PSG Lab, revealed at the Bitcoin 2025 Conference in Las Vegas that the French football powerhouse Paris Saint-Germain FC (PSG) has been purchasing and maintaining Bitcoin since last year. He announced the adoption of a Bitcoin (BTC) financial strategy. The club is gearing up for this weekend's Champions League final.

PSG's investment in Bitcoin is seen as part of an appeal to younger fans. According to Mr. Helgason, about 80% of the club's 550 million fans worldwide are under the age of 34. He stated, 'PSG is not just a football club but a lifestyle...'
