Tokenization of 370,000 Registry Certificates On-Chain

Bergen County in New Jersey, USA, will tokenize real estate certificates worth $240 billion (approximately 35 trillion yen) on the Avalanche (AVAX) cryptocurrency blockchain, announced by Balcony Corporation on the 28th. Balcony Corporation, which provides blockchain-based land registry services, has entered into a five-year contract with the county. This project involves digitizing and bringing on-chain 370,000 property registry certificates, making it the largest blockchain-based registry certificate tokenization project in U.S. history, according to the company.
