Increasing Bitcoin Investments

On May 30, Brazilian fintech company Méliuz (B3 Exchange: CASH3) announced a capital increase plan of up to 11.3 billion yen. The company aims to purchase additional cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC) through the issuance of new shares. Méliuz currently holds 320.25 BTC. The public offering will involve the issuance of 17,006,803 ordinary shares targeted at institutional investors. The company has already filed for an initial public offering in the over-the-counter market with the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM). In addition to purchasing shares, investors will be granted 50,682,670 warrants at no additional cost.
