Unveiling the New 'XChat' Feature

On the 2nd, Elon Musk announced the release of 'XChat' on his platform X. The newly incorporated features include end-to-end encryption, timed disappearing messages, the ability to send any file, and voice and video calls, covering a wide range of functionalities.

Musk explained that these features are designed based on Rust, referencing 'Bitcoin-style encryption.' This does not mean the direct adoption of Bitcoin's technology but rather an application of Bitcoin's tamper-resistance and self-sovereign security philosophy to the messaging of XChat.
