Individual Miner Achieves Mining Success Once Again

On June 5th, a solo Bitcoin (BTC) miner successfully mined block #899,826, earning a reward of 3.15 BTC (approximately 45.7 million yen). Utilizing the solo mining setup of CKpool, the miner received a fixed reward of 3.125 BTC for the newly minted coins, in addition to $2,760 in transaction fees. CKpool developer Kon Kolivas revealed that the miner significantly boosted their hash rate to enhance their chances of success. The computational power was expanded from an average of 6.11 PH/s to a peak of 261 PH/s, implementing a strategy to increase the likelihood of success...
